- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a high-end upscale or fine dining environment
- Extensive knowledge of mixology spirits and hospitality best practices

- Deep knowledge of spirits wines craft cocktails and bar operation

Job Duties
- Oversee day to day bar and dining room operations ensuring efficient service and adherence to brand standards
- Lead train and motivate bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences
- Develop schedule and manage staff performance fostering a positive and professional team culture
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and alcohol service standards
- Maintain cleanliness organization and ambiance of the bar to luxury standards
- Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails fine wines and top-shelf spirits
- Manage inventory purchasing and vendor relationships to ensure product consistency and cost control
- Track inventory levels order supplies and manage budget forecasts
- Ensure every guest receives attentive knowledgeable and refined service
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism tact and discretion
- Engage personally with guests to build relationships
