Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- frequent bending and stooping required
- able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- must read and write English
- must hear well among loud background noise
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- strong leadership and staff development skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- identify and implement operational plans to build sales and control costs
- staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- manage daily bar operations including guest interaction and scheduling
- maintain beverage quality through cleanliness and sanitation
- oversee purchasing, inventory, and cost control
- act as Manager on Duty in the absence of General Manager
