Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well in loud background noise
- Minimum six months restaurant management experience
- Minimum two years bar experience

- College coursework preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum six months restaurant management experience
- Minimum two years bar experience with extensive operational knowledge
- Prior purchasing and production experience
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Able to hear well in loud environments
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities and implement improvement plans
- Staff, train and develop bartending team
- Prepare schedules and manage shift staffing
- Oversee bar operations ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness
- Manage purchasing, inventory and minimize waste
- Act as Manager on Duty when required handling overall restaurant operations
