Job Requirements

  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
  • Frequent bending and stooping required
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must be able to hear well in loud background noise
  • Minimum six months restaurant management experience
  • Minimum two years bar experience

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum six months restaurant management experience
  • Minimum two years bar experience with extensive operational knowledge
  • Prior purchasing and production experience
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Able to hear well in loud environments

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
  • Identify operational opportunities and implement improvement plans
  • Staff, train and develop bartending team
  • Prepare schedules and manage shift staffing
  • Oversee bar operations ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness
  • Manage purchasing, inventory and minimize waste
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required handling overall restaurant operations
