Job Requirements

  • college coursework with bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • minimum of 2 years of bar experience
  • prior experience in purchasing and production
  • must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours
  • frequent bending and stooping required
  • ability to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
  • must be able to read and write English
  • must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • drives sales through local marketing initiatives and promotions
  • identifies operational opportunities to build sales and control costs and implements plans
  • works with bartenders and staff to promote events and promotions
  • staffs, trains, and develops team members with ongoing feedback and coaching
  • manages daily bar operations including guest interaction, scheduling, and product quality
  • ensures beverage quality through cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
  • manages inventory, purchasing, and equipment maintenance
  • oversees security procedures to protect team members, guests, and assets
  • acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
  • addresses guest issues and ensures compliance with recipe and service standards
