Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years bar experience
- prior purchasing and production experience
- ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
- ability to bend and stoop frequently
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- ability to read and write English
- good hearing ability in loud environments
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years of bar experience with comprehensive knowledge of bar operations
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- ability to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- proficient in reading and writing English
- able to hear well in noisy environments
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- manage daily bar operations including staff support and guest interaction
- ensure beverage quality and cleanliness
- manage inventory and beverage costs efficiently
- act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
