Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- frequent bending and stooping required
- able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- able to read and write English
- able to hear well in loud environments
Job Qualifications
- College coursework preferred with Bachelor’s Degree
- minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of operations
- prior purchasing and production experience
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- strong leadership and coaching skills
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- identify operational opportunities to increase sales and control costs
- staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- manage daily bar operations including guest interactions and shift planning
- maintain beverage quality and cleanliness
- manage inventory and beverage costs
- oversee security procedures and act as Manager on Duty when required
