Job Requirements
- College coursework with Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Ability to walk and stand during shifts up to 10 hours
- Frequent bending and stooping
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- Must read, write and speak English
- Ability to hear well in loud environments

Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify and address operational opportunities
- Collaborate with staff to promote events and promotions
- Staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- Manage daily bar operations and guest interactions
- Ensure beverage quality and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships
- Oversee equipment maintenance
- Act as Manager on Duty when General Manager is absent
- Ensure security procedures are followed
