Job Requirements

  • College coursework with Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Ability to walk and stand during shifts up to 10 hours
  • Frequent bending and stooping
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
  • Must read, write and speak English
  • Ability to hear well in loud environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
  • Identify and address operational opportunities
  • Collaborate with staff to promote events and promotions
  • Staff, train, and develop hourly team members
  • Manage daily bar operations and guest interactions
  • Ensure beverage quality and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships
  • Oversee equipment maintenance
  • Act as Manager on Duty when General Manager is absent
  • Ensure security procedures are followed
