Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management within an upscale dining or bar environment
- Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to maintain operational excellence and profitability
- Familiarity with health, safety and alcohol service standards
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
- Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management within a high-end, upscale or fine dining environment
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails and bar operation
- Polished, professional demeanor and impeccable guest presence
Job Duties
- Oversee day to day bar and dining room operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to brand standards
- Lead, train and motivate bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences
- Develop, schedule and manage staff performance, fostering a positive and professional team culture
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and alcohol service standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and ambiance of the bar to luxury standards
- Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines and top-shelf spirits
- Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor relationships to ensure product consistency and cost control
- Track inventory levels, order supplies and manage budget forecasts
- Ensure every guest receives attentive, knowledgeable and refined service
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, tact and discretion
- Engage personally with guests to build relationships
