Job Requirements
- 2 years of prior bar management experience is required
- knowledge of spirits, bar tending, and drink-making
- understanding of and passion for Latin culture and cuisine
- ability to train and perform all bar duties
- ability to manage employees effectively and efficiently
- coaching employees with a positive demeanor and helping them reach their potential
- creating a team-building environment
- understanding how to read and manage beverage budget
- understanding costing of bar items
- ability to manage controllable costs, including labor and beverage costs
- performing daily inventory and placing orders to meet daily pars
- properly scheduling staff
- properly open and close restaurant according to company standards and SOPs
