Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum 2 years bar experience
- Prior purchasing and production experience
- Ability to walk and stand up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to bend and stoop frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must read and write English
- Must hear well in noisy environments

Job Duties
- Drives sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identifies operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Staffs, trains, and develops hourly team members
- Manages bar operations during scheduled shifts
- Ensures beverage quality and cleanliness
- Manages inventory and beverage costs
- Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
