- ability to stand for a long time and move quickly

- relevant training or certificate
- experience with full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
- high school diploma or GED
- 2 plus years working as a bartender
- management skills are preferred

Job Duties
- manage business aspects of the bar including maintaining a current liquor license
- negotiate supplier contracts
- take inventory and reorder supplies
- manage budgets and set sales goals

- lead and motivate bar staff to provide excellent customer service
