Job Requirements

  • a thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails
  • ability to utilize restaurant POS software
  • great attitude and positive outlook
  • strong customer service
  • ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
  • excellent oral communication skills required
  • relevant training or certificate
  • experience with full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2 plus years working as a bartender
  • management skills are preferred

  • lead and motivate bar staff to provide excellent customer service
