Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in bar management or similar role
  • prior bartending experience
  • ability to lead and train a team
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible schedule to meet restaurant hours
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties

  • Interview and hire bar staff

  • direct staff to handle unexpected situations and customer concerns
