Job Duties

Plans, supervises, and allocates the day-to-day operational activities of the bar
Schedules bartenders according to the level of customer demand
Forecasts the daily flow of customers and adjusts the number of staff for each shift accordingly
Ensures that the inventory of the bar is well managed
Tracks all the sales of all types of drinks including beers, cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages
Ensures that the bar is cleaned on a daily basis
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
