Job Duties

Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar ensuring consistency and quality in every drink served
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing bartender team
Deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, late-night environment
Create and maintain a strong bar culture focusing on knowledge, service, and team engagement
Work closely with senior management and the floor team to ensure seamless service
Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and hygiene regulations
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Keep the bar menus innovative, seasonal, and exciting with a focus on cocktails and wine
Be a visible leader on the floor during peak trading hours and late-night shifts
