Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of bar and front of house operations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to maintain positive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, supervisor, shift lead, kitchen manager, or other restaurant management roles
  • Experience with Aloha point of sale system is helpful
  • ServSafe Certification is a plus
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Familiarity with bar management and front of house operations

Job Duties

  • Coordinate local bar program with General Manager for Hilton Head location
  • Effectively lead team of restaurant staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and other front of house team members
  • Oversee daily operations and prepare restaurant for daily service
  • Lead and support all departments across the restaurant
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all staff and leadership
  • Responsible for staff recruitment for designated departments
  • Maintain positive work environment for all staff and departments to provide the best level of service for all customers
