Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of bar and front of house operations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to maintain positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, supervisor, shift lead, kitchen manager, or other restaurant management roles
- Experience with Aloha point of sale system is helpful
- ServSafe Certification is a plus
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Familiarity with bar management and front of house operations
Job Duties
- Coordinate local bar program with General Manager for Hilton Head location
- Effectively lead team of restaurant staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and other front of house team members
- Oversee daily operations and prepare restaurant for daily service
- Lead and support all departments across the restaurant
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all staff and leadership
- Responsible for staff recruitment for designated departments
- Maintain positive work environment for all staff and departments to provide the best level of service for all customers
