Job Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor, and cocktails
  • Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
  • Great attitude and positive outlook
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work quickly
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Possess relevant training or certification
  • Experience with full bar service including wine, beer, and crafted cocktails
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience
  • Preferred management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the business aspects of the bar such as licensing and budgeting
  • Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain inventory control
  • Develop monthly and seasonal cocktail menus including creative alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Collaborate with distributors to source new beverage products
  • Utilize restaurant POS software effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service and positive guest interactions
  • Lead and support bar staff with flexibility and autonomy
