- Experience with full bar service including wine, beer, and crafted cocktails

- Minimum 2 years bartending experience

Job Duties
- Manage the business aspects of the bar such as licensing and budgeting
- Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain inventory control
- Develop monthly and seasonal cocktail menus including creative alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Collaborate with distributors to source new beverage products
- Utilize restaurant POS software effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and positive guest interactions
- Lead and support bar staff with flexibility and autonomy
