Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in food and beverage management in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of Italian wines and French champagnes
- Passion for wine, beer, and spirits
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience overseeing multiple bar operations
- Hospitality Management degree preferred but not essential

- Strong knowledge of wines, particularly Italian wines and French champagnes
- Passion for wine, beer, and spirits
- Hospitality Management degree preferred but not essential with relevant experience
- Excellent food knowledge
- Highly adaptable and flexible
- Strong credibility and respect among peers and guests
Job Duties
- Oversee and lead training for multiple bars, restaurants, and lounge
- Source clients for the Food & Beverage operation
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, patrons, vendors, and suppliers
- Collaborate with restaurant managers, Director of Food & Beverage, and other departments
- Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to create balanced and well-presented food and beverage selections
- Manage the resort's entire beverage program, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings
- Ensure high standards of service and presentation across all beverage outlets
