Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience in food and beverage management in a hotel setting
  • Strong knowledge of Italian wines and French champagnes
  • Passion for wine, beer, and spirits
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience overseeing multiple bar operations
  • Hospitality Management degree preferred but not essential

  • Strong knowledge of wines, particularly Italian wines and French champagnes
  • Passion for wine, beer, and spirits
  • Hospitality Management degree preferred but not essential with relevant experience
  • Excellent food knowledge
  • Highly adaptable and flexible
  • Strong credibility and respect among peers and guests

Job Duties

  • Oversee and lead training for multiple bars, restaurants, and lounge
  • Source clients for the Food & Beverage operation
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, patrons, vendors, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers, Director of Food & Beverage, and other departments
  • Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to create balanced and well-presented food and beverage selections
  • Manage the resort's entire beverage program, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings
  • Ensure high standards of service and presentation across all beverage outlets
