Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two to three years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- current alcohol and food certification for kitchen managers
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- adherence to equal opportunity employment and labor laws
