Job Duties

  • Manage daily bar operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company policies
  • Develop and update beverage and food menus in collaboration with the culinary team to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies
