Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • current alcohol and food certification meeting state requirements for kitchen managers
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds
