Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the united states
- at least 18 years of age
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong organizational skills
- ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
- ability to work varying days, nights, holidays and weekends
- capable of standing or walking for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- able to understand and maintain safety standards at all times

Job Duties
- lead team members with integrity and purpose
- empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service
- support the andretti indoor karting and games motto striving for perfection
- managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing, and quality product
- develop staff through training and providing honest performance feedback
- manage employee relations and maintain high staff morale
- participate actively in recruitment and retention of staff
- maximize daily sales and manage costs, labor, and cash control
- ensure site inspections meet company standards
- oversee inventory and organization of departmental equipment
- coordinate with sales department for event planning
