Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Food safety certification as required by state law

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service and product consistency
- Supervise and train staff to meet company standards and enhance team performance
- Maintain compliance with responsible alcohol service and state food safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering to optimize costs
- Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and employees
- Address and resolve customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
