Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industry
  • Responsible alcohol service certification as required by state law
  • Food safety certification as required by state law
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work longer shifts with physical stamina

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service and product consistency
  • Supervise and train staff to meet company standards and enhance team performance
  • Maintain compliance with responsible alcohol service and state food safety regulations
  • Oversee inventory management and supply ordering to optimize costs
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and employees
  • Address and resolve customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
