Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- position reports to General Manager

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- oversee team members and provide leadership
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- maintain inventory and control costs
- train and develop staff
- handle customer service and resolve issues
- assist General Manager in daily operational tasks
