Job Requirements

2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Position reports to General Manager
