Job Requirements
- Previous bar manager or service management experience in a full service restaurant with a full bar
- Computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS
- Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented
- Ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
- Passionate about hospitality industry
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
- Pre-employment screening required post offer
Job Qualifications
- Previous bar manager or service management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality industry
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and scheduling budgets
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
Job Duties
- Coach teammates on how to deliver an excellent guest experience
- Coach teammates on how to anticipate, identify, and resolve guest experience issues
- Interact positively with guests and solicit feedback
- Handle and follow up on guest concerns escalated from teammates
- Ensure quality of restaurant facilities by coordinating with General Manager and Director
- Model and teach company values and culture
- Write schedules and coach teammates on operational excellence
- Motivate teammates and deliver performance feedback
- Develop leadership skills in self and teammates
- Establish plans and communicate strategy to achieve sales growth and inventory goals
- Review sales trends and initiate programs to grow sales
- Conduct administrative duties in compliance with laws
