Job Requirements

  • Previous bar manager or service management experience in a full service restaurant with a full bar
  • Computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS
  • Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented
  • Ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
  • Passionate about hospitality industry
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
  • Pre-employment screening required post offer

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bar manager or service management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality industry
  • Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and scheduling budgets
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members

Job Duties

  • Coach teammates on how to deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Coach teammates on how to anticipate, identify, and resolve guest experience issues
  • Interact positively with guests and solicit feedback
  • Handle and follow up on guest concerns escalated from teammates
  • Ensure quality of restaurant facilities by coordinating with General Manager and Director
  • Model and teach company values and culture
  • Write schedules and coach teammates on operational excellence
  • Motivate teammates and deliver performance feedback
  • Develop leadership skills in self and teammates
  • Establish plans and communicate strategy to achieve sales growth and inventory goals
  • Review sales trends and initiate programs to grow sales
  • Conduct administrative duties in compliance with laws
