Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • This position requires you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage and train staff to maintain productivity and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all restaurant areas
  • Support General Manager in achieving business goals and operating standards
