Job Duties

  • Manage and optimize the bar program, including creating seasonal menus and selecting drink offerings
  • oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring staff are trained on product knowledge, customer service, and safety standards
  • maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage costs to maximize profitability
  • ensure all alcohol-related laws and regulations are adhered to
  • supervise and train bar staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing ongoing feedback
  • work with management to develop and implement marketing strategies for the bar program
  • handle customer complaints or concerns related to beverages, ensuring prompt resolution
