Job Duties
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Craveably Crafted food and uncommon hospitality
- Maintain CHEERS standards in all FOH departments
- Build sales through managing the guest experience
- Maintain bar cleanliness and quality through daily line checks
- Drive the completion of opening, closing, and checkout duties efficiently
- Utilize shift cards and restaurant tools to stay organized and on track
- Visit every table, learn guests' names, promote new items and beers, and monitor guests' needs
- Monitor and track daily beer waste, quality, and control costs
- Control and maintain labor costs using scheduling software
- Coach, teach, and mentor FOH team as the leader in the window
- Participate in the selection, training, and testing of new hires
- Uphold company standards on personal appearance and attire
- Manage ticket times and communication throughout the team
- Support the team by setting up and transitioning shifts appropriately
