Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Prior front of house and back of house manager experience
- Minimum three years of restaurant experience
- Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication

- Maintains calm, tactful demeanor handling difficult situations
- Adheres to company uniform attire and appearance standards
- Completes ongoing certifications and validations

- Has aptitude for driving sales by cultivating new guests and retaining current guests

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent, high-quality beverages are served to customers
- Manage and track inventory to ensure adequate stock
- Create a welcoming environment for guests and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Train and supervise bar staff so they are knowledgeable about product and policies
- Oversee the cleanliness of the bar area while being alert for health hazards and regulation violations
- Manage the restaurant's image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Continuously engage with guests by touching tables and building relationships
- Train, motivate, and mentor team members to promote a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Adhere to ServSafe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards
- Safeguard team members and facility by ensuring safety and security policy adherence
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Understand budgets and analyze sales data to meet revenue goals while controlling food waste and labor
- Assist general managers with cash handling, accurate deposits, and banking
- Manage day-to-day operations including opening, closing, scheduling, and shifts
- Uphold company policies, promoting brand image and culture
- Monitor food and beverage preparation, presentation, and quality
- Report facility concerns to management and coordinate maintenance and repairs
