Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well in loud environments
- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years bar experience
- Prior experience in purchasing and production

- College coursework with bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage financial results and operational standards
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- Manage daily bar operations including guest interaction and product quality
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and purchasing to minimize waste
- Oversee security procedures to protect team members and assets
