Job Requirements
- Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays
- Must hold current CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience in cash handling and credit cards
- Customer service abilities
- Experience with bartending and drink menu creation and maintenance
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing and speaking

Job Duties
- Execute procedures as outlined by management team
- Drive sales
- Understand and enforce all club and bar rules and guidelines
- Supervise the accuracy of inventory for the bar and shake this
- Responsible for loss prevention
- Handle operations, which include hiring, scheduling, training and management of staff
- Responsible for daily register deposits
- Attend all staff and club meetings and events
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with members/guest and staff
- Ensure that all required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure bar is clean, maintained and organized at all times
