Job Duties
- Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

- Ensure a great guest experience from start to finish

- Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation

- Drive guest engagement within the walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community

- Meet goals set by Director of Operations, VP Marketing and VP Restaurant Operations
