Job Duties

  • Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

  • Follow operational systems, such as our Manager Timeline and performing quality Line Checks
  • Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation

  • Drive guest engagement within the walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community
