Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- current food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications as required by state regulations
- ability to stand and be active for up to 12 hours and lift 25-50 pounds as needed

Job Duties
- manage day to day kitchen operations including food preparation inventory and sanitation standards
- lead train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and teamwork
- ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations applicable by state and local laws
- assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs while controlling labor costs
- collaborate with the General Manager to meet financial targets and maintain operational efficiency
- maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen environment
- monitor and enforce portion control food quality and presentation standards
