Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending experience is required
- 3 years of serving experience is required
- Excellent oral communication skills are required
- Positive interpersonal skills are required
- Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
- Ability to speak and hear
- Close and distance vision
- Frequent walking with some standing at times
- Will walk for long periods of time, possibly extended distances
- Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs
- Continually use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual and fine motor skills
- Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Work with HR to determine staff needs and recruit appropriately
- Manage staff productivity
- Write weekly bar schedule in 7 shifts to be posted at least one week in advance
- Utilize labor tools and functionality of 7shift’s tools
- Maintain cleaning schedule
- Communicate company policy, standards, and procedures to staff through voice and action
- Work with HR on all disciplinary actions
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
- Monitor and order bar supplies, including liquor inventory
- Attend weekly manager meetings
