Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartending experience is required
  • 3 years of serving experience is required
  • Excellent oral communication skills are required
  • Positive interpersonal skills are required
  • Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
  • Ability to speak and hear
  • Close and distance vision
  • Frequent walking with some standing at times
  • Will walk for long periods of time, possibly extended distances
  • Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs
  • Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs
  • Continually use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual and fine motor skills
  • Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Work with HR to determine staff needs and recruit appropriately
  • Manage staff productivity
  • Write weekly bar schedule in 7 shifts to be posted at least one week in advance
  • Utilize labor tools and functionality of 7shift’s tools
  • Maintain cleaning schedule
  • Communicate company policy, standards, and procedures to staff through voice and action
  • Work with HR on all disciplinary actions
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
  • Monitor and order bar supplies, including liquor inventory
  • Attend weekly manager meetings
