Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage environments
  • at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in high-volume retail or hospitality setting
  • knowledge of state liquor laws or alcohol awareness certification
  • strong budget management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage environments with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • degree in food and beverage management preferred but not required
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
  • experience preparing banquet style events
  • knowledge of state liquor laws or possession of state alcohol awareness certificate
  • strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
  • excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties

  • adhere to the company’s mandated f&b menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow related to bar operations
  • review monthly profit and loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
  • work with operations team and sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute all events including beverage preparation, service, and cleanup
  • assist with bartending when needed
  • estimate beverage consumption and make purchases from specified bar program
  • schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume
  • recruit, hire, train, and retain bar staff
  • ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • facilitate and manage bar equipment maintenance
  • conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local department of health regulations
