Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage environments
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Knowledge of state liquor laws or possession of state Alcohol Awareness certificate
- Ability to prepare banquet style events
- Strong budget and cost control skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications

- Degree in food and beverage management preferred but not required
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing banquet style events

- Strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Job Duties
- Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to bar operations
- Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- Work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute events including beverage preparation and service
- Assist with bartending when needed
- Estimate beverage consumption and make appropriate purchases
- Schedule staff efficiently to match business volume
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain bar staff
- Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation, and proper preparation and storage of beverages
- Facilitate and manage bar equipment maintenance
- Implement and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local Department of Health regulations
