Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bar or hospitality management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 35 pounds and standing for long periods
  • Proficiency in English

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethic
  • Ability to communicate comfortably in English
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively as a team member
  • Experience in hospitality management or bar operations is preferred
  • Knowledge of service standards and hotel operating systems is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily bar operations including guest recognition and relationship building
  • Ensure service standards are upheld and assist team members with necessary tasks
  • Manage administrative duties including completing voids, comps, transfers, and use of hotel operating systems
  • Host daily shift meetings and report on daily operations
  • Schedule all bar employees and attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings
  • Identify and address imperfections in service or surroundings to maintain luxury standards
  • Perform physical tasks such as talking, hearing, walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Work varying schedules including weekends and holidays as required by the hospitality industry
