Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bar or hospitality management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 35 pounds and standing for long periods
- Proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethic
- Ability to communicate comfortably in English
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively as a team member
- Experience in hospitality management or bar operations is preferred
- Knowledge of service standards and hotel operating systems is an advantage
Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar operations including guest recognition and relationship building
- Ensure service standards are upheld and assist team members with necessary tasks
- Manage administrative duties including completing voids, comps, transfers, and use of hotel operating systems
- Host daily shift meetings and report on daily operations
- Schedule all bar employees and attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings
- Identify and address imperfections in service or surroundings to maintain luxury standards
- Perform physical tasks such as talking, hearing, walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds
- Work varying schedules including weekends and holidays as required by the hospitality industry
