Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of bar management or hospitality leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and responsible service
  • Proven leadership, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Private club or upscale hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of overall bar operations
  • Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Comfortable working with private membership, serving the same individuals and their families multiple times per week
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify a need before being asked
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Education in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of bar management or hospitality leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and responsible service
  • Proven leadership, organization, and customer service skills
  • Private club or upscale hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of overall bar operations
  • Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Comfortable working with private membership and repeat clientele
  • Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Procurement of all liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Inventory for all beverages and related products served at the downstairs bars
  • Training of all bar staff
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during peak dining periods
  • Supervision of service for the veranda including rockers
  • Creation of seasonal or specialty cocktail menus
  • Designing weekly bartender schedules
