Job Requirements
- 3+ years of bar management or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and responsible service
- Proven leadership, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Private club or upscale hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of overall bar operations
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Comfortable working with private membership, serving the same individuals and their families multiple times per week
- Self-starter with the ability to identify a need before being asked
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Procurement of all liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Inventory for all beverages and related products served at the downstairs bars
- Training of all bar staff
- Maintain a strong floor presence during peak dining periods
- Supervision of service for the veranda including rockers
- Creation of seasonal or specialty cocktail menus
- Designing weekly bartender schedules
