Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Capability to handle conflict resolution
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Interview and hire bar staff
  • Develop a specialized hiring process
  • Manage training of bartenders
  • Supervise upkeep of guest areas
  • Direct staff to attend to accidents
  • Assist in cleanup
  • Plan shifts using scheduling systems
  • Assign waitstaff based on anticipated demand
  • Handle unexpected situations and customer concerns during shifts
