Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask

Job Duties
- Interview and hire bar staff
- Develop a specialized hiring process
- Manage training of bartenders
- Supervise upkeep of guest areas
- Direct staff to attend to accidents
- Assist in cleanup
- Plan shifts using scheduling systems
- Assign waitstaff based on anticipated demand
- Handle unexpected situations and customer concerns during shifts
