Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well in loud environments
- Prior bar and restaurant management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coach and develop a team
- Knowledge of local market and competitor activities
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Coach and develop bartending staff
- Manage inventory and beverage cost control
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and product quality
- Oversee bar operations and staffing schedules
- Serve as acting Manager on Duty when needed
