Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in bar or restaurant management
  • ability to work flexible hours primarily nights and weekends
  • strong organizational skills
  • basic knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
  • ability to develop creative beverage menus
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage business aspects of the bar such as maintaining a current liquor license
  • negotiate supplier contracts
  • take inventory and reorder supplies
  • manage budgets and set goals
  • create monthly and seasonal creative cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
  • collaborate with distributors to source new products
  • support restaurant leadership and administrative functions
