Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bar or restaurant management
- ability to work flexible hours primarily nights and weekends

- basic knowledge of liquor laws and regulations

Job Duties
- Manage business aspects of the bar such as maintaining a current liquor license
- negotiate supplier contracts
- take inventory and reorder supplies
- manage budgets and set goals
- create monthly and seasonal creative cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
- collaborate with distributors to source new products
- support restaurant leadership and administrative functions
