Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in bar management or related field
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current health and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in bar management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of beverage products including cocktails
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience managing budgets and inventory

- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage business aspects of the bar such as liquor licenses and supplier contracts
- Take inventory and reorder supplies
- Manage budgets and set financial goals
- Create monthly and seasonal creative cocktail menus including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
- Collaborate with distributors to source new products
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Lead and support bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service
