Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in bar management or related field
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of current health and safety regulations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bar management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of beverage products including cocktails
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Experience managing budgets and inventory
  • Creative mindset for developing cocktail menus
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage business aspects of the bar such as liquor licenses and supplier contracts
  • Take inventory and reorder supplies
  • Manage budgets and set financial goals
  • Create monthly and seasonal creative cocktail menus including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
  • Collaborate with distributors to source new products
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Lead and support bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service
