Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bar or restaurant management
- flexible availability including nights and weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of liquor laws and compliance standards

Job Duties
- manage license compliance and maintain a current liquor license
- negotiate supplier contracts and manage vendor relationships
- take regular inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- manage budgets and track financial performance
- create monthly and seasonal creative cocktail menus including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
- collaborate with distributors to source new products that align with the brand concept
- lead and support bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
