Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in bar management or a similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Current certification in responsible alcohol service if required by local law
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience managing bar operations or similar hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of beverage products, cocktails, and mixology
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively

- Experience collaborating with management on promotional activities
Job Duties
- Supervise and manage bar staff including bartenders, barbacks, and servers
- Develop and maintain beverage menus, ensuring creativity, quality, and consistency
- Train and coach staff on proper service standards, cocktail preparation, and guest engagement
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing levels to optimize efficiency
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs to minimize waste and maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol regulations, health codes, and company policies
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience
- Track and analyze bar performance metrics, including sales, labor costs, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the management team to plan promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar environment at all times
