Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
- frequent bending and stooping required
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- must have excellent hearing in noisy environments
- prior bar and restaurant management experience
- knowledge of bar operations and beverage cost control
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- ability to read and write English
- effective leadership and coaching skills
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- manage daily operations including guest interaction and staff support
- ensure beverage quality, cleanliness, and organization
- manage inventory and purchasing efficiently
- oversee bar operations as acting Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
