Job Requirements
- 2+ years of bar management experience
- strong understanding of beverage operations
- proven leadership skills
- knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- experience creating and costing cocktail menus
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- must hold or be willing to obtain Manager Food Handler's and State Alcohol Serving certifications
- proficiency with POS and inventory management software
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of bar management experience in high-volume, multi-bar, or luxury hospitality environments
- strong understanding of beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control
- proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and inspire bar teams
- deep knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- experience creating and costing cocktail menus to maintain profitability and brand consistency
- excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- must hold or obtain required Manager Food Handler's and State Alcohol Serving certifications
- proficiency in POS and inventory management software such as Craftable, Fintech, or similar
Job Duties
- Lead all bar operations, ensuring smooth execution and consistent service standards
- manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost of goods to meet company targets
- train, mentor, and schedule bartenders and barbacks, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality
- develop, cost, and implement seasonal cocktail menus with leadership and marketing teams
- maintain recipe accuracy, quality control, and presentation standards across all bars
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations
- partner with accounting to process invoices and reconcile weekly and monthly inventory
- collaborate on beverage activations, private events, and bar-driven experiences within the hall
- maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety guidelines
- build relationships with distributors and vendors to source innovative, on-brand products
- lead by example-fostering teamwork, enthusiasm, and genuine care for guests and staff
