Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in bar management or related hospitality role
- valid alcohol service certification if required by local laws
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- effective leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and manage bar staff including bartenders, barbacks, and servers
- develop and maintain beverage menus ensuring creativity, quality, and consistency
- train and coach staff on proper service standards, cocktail preparation, and guest engagement
- manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing levels to optimize efficiency
- monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs to minimize waste and maintain profitability
- ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol regulations, health codes, and company policies
- handle guest concerns promptly and professionally ensuring a positive guest experience
- track and analyze bar performance metrics including sales, labor costs, and customer feedback
- collaborate with the management team to plan promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar environment at all times
