Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
- develop and maintain innovative cocktail menus that reflect our Nikkei concept
- oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- collaborate with the management team to develop promotions and special events to drive sales and enhance the guest experience
