Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
  • develop and maintain innovative cocktail menus that reflect our Nikkei concept
  • oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control
  • train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • collaborate with the management team to develop promotions and special events to drive sales and enhance the guest experience
