Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for long shifts up to 10 hours
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds including beer kegs
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must have good hearing ability in noisy environments
- Experience in bar and restaurant management
- Knowledge of beverage operations and cost control
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive operational knowledge
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities and implement plans
- Promote local events with bartenders and team
- Staff, train, and develop bartenders and team members
- Manage daily bar operations including guest interaction
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and beverage quality
- Manage inventory, purchases, and cost controls
