Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume food and beverage environments
- at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- knowledge of state liquor laws or possession of state Alcohol Awareness certificate
- strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
- excellent organizational and time management abilities

- excellent organizational and time management abilities
Job Duties
- adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to bar operations
- review monthly profit and loss statements and adjust as necessary
- work with operations and sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute beverage service for all events, including preparation, service, and cleanup
- assist with bartending as needed
- estimate beverage consumption and make purchases according to bar program
- schedule staff efficiently based on business volume
- recruit, hire, train, and retain bar staff in collaboration with center management
- ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all beverages
- manage bar equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits to comply with Department of Health regulations
